Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must have over 4 years of experience in Retail field as Branch Manager
  • Can communicate with English Language
  • Must be familiar with POS Software
  • Skills & Competencies
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Reports, etc.)
  • Typing in Myanmar and English
  • Good customer service skills (able to handle customer complain)

  • Must be able to handle employees to follow the rules

Job Description

  • Set weekly sales targets and develop strategies for the sales team to achieve
  • Ensure that stock levels are maintained (no shortages/surpluses)
  • Control measures should be taken to minimize product damage and losses
  • Evaluating monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales analysis and calculating monthly stock-on-hand analysis.
  • Directly report to the Branch Manager/AGM for sales analysis, complaints, and operation issues.
  • Demonstrate and instruct training to junior and team members.
  • Arrange for products and signage to be cleaned and displayed attractively
  • Check and control the bestselling items, giving the most profit and contributing, based on the 80-20 rule.
  • Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages and manage to increase the customers’ buying level and meet the customer satisfaction
  • Ensure standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are met.
  • Knowledge of all the promotional products in the hypermarket and share with team members
  • Handle all emergencies that may occur during opening hours, including but not limited to electricity blackouts, fire hazards, and armed robberies
  • Review and confirm orders that have been posted by the supervisor.
  • Request collection of daily, weekly, and monthly stock and provide instructions on what is required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by HOD

Working Hour : 8:30A.M to 5: 30P.M
Holiday : Sunday & Public Holidays
