Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree with Sales & Marketing Diploma.
- Must have 5years of experience in Solar Distribution field as Branch Manager
- Must be proficient in solar field
- Set weekly sales targets and develop strategies for the sales team to achieve.
- To manage sales team.
- Evaluating monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales analysis and calculating monthly stock-on-hand analysis.
- Demonstrate and instruct training to junior and team members.
- Computer Skills
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Reports, etc.)
- Typing in Myanmar and English
- Good customer service skills (able to handle customer complain)
- Communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Must be able to handle employees to follow the rules
Working Hour : 8:30A.M to 5: 30P.M
Holiday : Sunday & Public Holidays
