Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder in a related field (or) MBA will be advantaged
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or brand management
- Experience in launching new pharmaceutical products is preferred
- Ability to lead Sales & Marketing team efficiently & effectively
- Strong leadership ability
- Strong understanding of ethical marketing practices
- Excellent communication and management skills
- Good personality, team work, communication and reporting skills
- Good in English and computer literacy
- Can travel
Job Descriptions
- Develop and implement strategic brand plans for assigned products
- Lead and implement new product launches and establish brands effectively in the market
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Organize and support medical events, conferences, and CME programs
- Supervise and manage overall sales and marketing activities related to the assigned brand
- Set individual sales targets together with the sales & marketing team for the assigned brand
- Track sales goals and continuously report results
- Collaborate effectively with Marketing teams, Sales Teams and Customers
- Encourage and Mentor team members to achieve individual targets and support their professional development
- Coordinate efficiently with internal departments
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Holiday: Sunday and Public Holidays
