Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 4–5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the training or education industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
Job Descriptions
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets
• Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with prospective clients
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop effective campaigns that drive lead generation and enhance brand awareness
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activities
• Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and conferences to promote services and build professional networks
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives and sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday ,Sunday and Public Holidays
