Job Requirement
- MBA or professional certifications will be an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or related fields and at least 5 years of experience in a Team Leader or Supervisory role.
- Must be able to do market research
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills in both Burmese and English.
- Must possess a valid Passport and Driving License.
- Ability to travel locally and internationally when required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- MBA or professional certifications will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Results-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Descriptions
- Lead and manage the Business Development team to achieve company targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement sales and market expansion strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Prepare business proposals, reports, and performance analyses.
- Coach, motivate, and evaluate team members to improve performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure business objectives are achieved.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
