Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (more preferred B. Com, B. A Eco)
- Holder of ACCA /CPA
- Minimum (10) years of relevant experience in Finance & Account Field.
- Related Acquiring Raw Materials, Manufacturing and Selling Finished Goods knowledge is highly preferred
- Age is between 40 and 50 years.
- Male Candidate are more preferable.
- Strong knowledge of Myanmar Accounting Standards and IFRS, costing, taxation and corporate governance.
- Must have strong knowledge in Advance Excel, Power Point, Email, and Accounting Software.
- Can work under pressure
- FMCG industrial knowledge is more preferred
- Good communication skills, problem solving skill and negotiation skills
Job Description
- To supervise/advise Accountants as necessary and take responsibilities for timely completion and accurate financial reports.
- Develop and Maintain Internal Control, Policy, Procedure and make sure to Effective Accounting System.
- Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
- Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
- Responsible for timely monthly financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting for submission to the Management.
- Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.
- Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns.
- Monitor and ensure internal control compliance for all the accounting entries.
- Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives.
- Providing required training and coaching to Accounting Team members to ensure skill and knowledge is updated and in line with the latest MAS update.
- To advise the Management on Corporate tax planning, tax forecast and tax calculation and any other tax related matters.
- Statutory LTO Tax filing and submission.
- Establish Accounts & Finance Team to Ensure All Finance and Accounting Activities Comply with Financial Regulation.
- Preparing Reports on Company Performance Including Profit and Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Analyses.
- Reviewing Financial Statements and Reporting to Management in Timely.
- Preparing Financial Statement for External Reporting Purpose such as Tax Return, Regulatory Filings, etc.
- Develop and Maintain the Cost Accounting System, Process, Documents and Records of the Organization.
- Help Management by Overseeing and Analyzing Cost Expenditure to make Recommendations about Cost-
- Efficient and Financially Feasible Cost Options.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday , Sunday & Public Holidays
