Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; ACCA or CPA is preferred.
- To have 6–7 years of professional accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or senior-level role within trading, service import, or related industries.
- Strong technical knowledge of Myanmar Accounting Standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirements, especially in import and medical sectors.
- Proficiency in accounting systems (ERP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial records.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Supervise general ledger activities, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset accounting.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and reviews.
- Provide guidance, supervision, and training for accounting staff.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:45 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
