Job Descriptions
- Developing creative, highly engaging written and conceptual content for social media platforms, company blogs, newsletters, and in-app placements.
- Crafting clear, compelling, and action-oriented copy for consumer marketing campaigns, platform notifications, and targeted driver-partner communications.
- Partnering closely with the graphic design and video production teams to brainstorm, storyboard, and produce high-quality visual and multimedia assets.
- Actively monitoring daily and weekly content performance metrics (engagement, reach, click-through rates) and optimizing creative execution based on data insights.
- Ensuring that 100% of published content strictly aligns with corporate brand guidelines, localized compliance policies, and established tone of voice.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, and Creative.
- Writing, or a related field (or equivalent practical portfolio experience).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital content creation, copywriting, or social media management—ideally within a ride-hailing, e-commerce, digital agency, or technology startup environment.
- Elite written communication skills with the ability to easily adapt writing styles between corporate driver communications and casual, viral passenger-facing social copy.
- Strong baseline understanding of visual storytelling, design layouts, and short-form video trends (e.g., TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Solid familiarity with social media native analytics dashboards, backend content management systems (CMS), and trending audio/hashtag algorithms.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven capability to balance multiple creative deadlines simultaneously and pivot quickly to real-time market trends.
- Strong collaborative spirit, proactive feedback habits, and extreme attention to detail regarding grammar, spelling, and localized tone.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
