Job Descriptions
- Customer များ၏လိုအပ်ချက်များကို နားလည်သဘောပေါက်၍ သင့်လျော်သော အကြံဉာဏ်များပေးခြင်း
- Sales Department နှင့်ပူးပေါင်း၍ Product/Service များကို customer အတွက်သင့်တော်အောင်အကြံပြုခြင်း
- Service Department နှင့်ချိတ်ဆက်ပြီး customer complaint များကို အချိန်မီဖြေရှင်းပေးခြင်း
- Customer follow-up ပြုလုပ်၍ service quality ကိုစောင့်ကြည့်ခြင်း
- Customer feedback များကို စုစည်း၍ management သို့တင်ပြခြင်း
- Customer satisfaction နှင့် loyalty တိုးတက်စေရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
- Customer database ကို update ထားခြင်း
- Warranty, servicing schedule, car care tips များကို customer သို့ရှင်းပြခြင်း
- Customer feedback များကို စုစည်း၍ management သို့တင်ပြခြင်းMicrosoft Office & Internet Email အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
- ကားမောင်းတတ်သူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree, Business, Marketing or in the related field.
- Automotive / Sales / Customer Service experience (1–3 years preferred)
- ကားအကြောင်း အခြေခံသိရှိမှု (engine, fuel type, maintenance basics)
- Communication & interpersonal skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
- Customer handling နှင့် problem-solving skill ရှိရမည်။
- Teamwork နှင့် coordination ကောင်းရမည်။
- Microsoft Office & Internet Email အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
- ကားမောင်းတတ်သူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: One day per week
