Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics customer service.
- Knowledge of sea freight, air freight, customs clearance, and transportation process.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and customer service mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication.
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Handle customer inquiries and provide shipment updates.
- Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and customers.
- Monitor import/export shipments and ensure smooth delivery process.
- Prepare quotations and support sales/customer requirements.
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Follow up shipment status, delivery schedules, and documentation.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and service quality.
- Following up customer payments and overdue invoices.
- Coordinating payment confirmation with customers.
- Supporting finance-related customer communication
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday and Public Holidays
