Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Sales Analysis, or a related role.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry is an advantage.
Job Description
- Collect and consolidate daily sales data from distributors and sales teams.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Prepare regular sales and business analysis reports.
- Monitor sales trends, targets, achievements, and variances.
- Calculate monthly sales incentives based on approved incentive schemes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales databases.
- Identify data issues and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare dashboards and reports using Excel and other analytical tools.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management.
- Support other data analysis and reporting requirements as assigned.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday Half, Sunday & Public Holidays
