Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in operations management, manufacturing or supply chain (assembly/production).
  • Proven experience in a production layout, equipment specification, and standard work instructions.
  • Experience managing 40+ employees (preferably multi-shift).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Descriptions

  • Lead daily operations and ensure smooth production and assembly processes.
  • Manage supply chain, inventory, and warehouse operations.
  • Control quality and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve targets.
  • Drive operational efficiency and cost control.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday (2:00PM), Sunday & Public Holidays
