Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting.
- At least 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
- Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, taxation, auditing, and internal controls.
- Experience with ACE Accounting systems is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Descriptions
- Lead and manage all accounting and finance operations of the company.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide management reports.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital to maintain financial stability.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Establish and maintain effective internal control systems.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Support management with financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Supervise and develop the Finance & Accounting team.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
