- Ensure food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards are strictly followed.
- Manage inventory, food costs, and kitchen operations.
- Create a positive and productive working environment.
Job Requirements
- Proven 3 Years experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in Burmese cuisine.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Hardworking, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Passionate about food quality and customer satisfaction.
- Good knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards.
- Able to work weekends and public holidays when required.
- Must possess a valid Passport.
- Ability to travel abroad.
