Job Requirements
- Age- above 40 years
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in factory/production management (FMCG / Food & Beverage preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of ISO / HACCP / GMP standards is an advantage
- Ability to manage large workforce and drive performance
Job Descriptions
- Analyze product data, record and resolve production problems.
- Prepare production reports and present them to decision-makers.
- Regularly inspect finished products to ensure quality.
- Encourage and reward employees to consistently produce the specified product volume.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
