- HR Management, Business Administration သို့မဟုတ် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်
- HR & Admin Management ပိုင်း အတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (3) နှစ်ရှိရမည်
- Leadership Skill နှင့် Team Management Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်
- Labor Law နှင့် HR Policy များကို နားလည်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်
- Communication Skill, Negotiation Skill နှင့် Problem Solving Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်
- Confidential Information များကို စနစ်တကျ ထိန်းသိမ်းနိုင်ရမည်
- Pressure များသော အလုပ်ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်တွင် လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရမည်
- ရိုးသားမှု၊ တာဝန်ယူမှုနှင့် စည်းကမ်းလိုက်နာမှုရှိရမည်
- English Language (4 Skills) အခြေခံကောင်းမွန်သူ ဦးစားပေးမည်
Job Description
- HR & Admin Department ၏ လုပ်ငန်းများကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲကြီးကြပ်ရန်
- Recruitment, Interview နှင့် Employee Selection Process များကို ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်
- Employee Attendance, Leave, Payroll နှင့် Performance Evaluation များကို စစ်ဆေးထိန်းသိမ်းရန်
- Company Policy, Rules & Regulations များ ရေးဆွဲအကောင်အထည်ဖော်ရန်
- Employee Training & Development Program များ စီစဉ်ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်
- Employee Relation ကောင်းမွန်စေရန် ညှိနှိုင်းဖြေရှင်းပေးရန်
- Office Administration, Office Maintenance နှင့် Procurement Process များကို ကြီးကြပ်ရန်
- Government Office နှင့် Labor Affairs ဆိုင်ရာ ကိစ္စရပ်များ ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်
- HR Report, Admin Report နှင့် Management Report များ တင်ပြရန်
- Company ၏ Organizational Development အတွက် Strategy များ ချမှတ်ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
