Job Requirement
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- At leave 5 years experience in related field.
- Experience in automotive, machinery, heavy equipment, or assembly production preferred.
- Strong leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to read technical drawings and understand assembly processes.
- Basic knowledge of quality control, safety, and production KPI management.”

Job Description
- Automotive assembly, forklift assembly, heavy equipment, machinery production, SKD/CKD operation.
- Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Supervise assembly line technicians, operators, and team leaders.
- Ensure forklifts are assembled according to SOP, technical drawings, and quality standards.
- Monitor output, efficiency, downtime, rework, and manpower usage.
- Coordinate with QC, warehouse, supply chain, and logistics teams.
- Solve production problems such as material shortage, defects, and process delays.
- Enforce workplace safety, 5S, PPE usage, and tool control.
- Prepare production reports and improvement action plans.”
- Responsible for managing Forklift SKD assembly line operations, including production planning, manpower control, quality coordination, safety, daily output, and continuous improvement.
Working Hours: 9:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M.
Holidays: Sunday and Public Holidays.
