Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • [1-3] years of experience in HR & Admin roles.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Job Descriptions

  • Assist in job postings, CV screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents for new hires.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records (personal files, attendance, leave).
  • Ensure all HR documents are properly filed (hard & soft copies).
  • Assist in daily attendance processing, and leave management.
  • Handle employee queries related to salaries, benefits, and policies.
  • Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company HR policies.
  • Assist in audits and documentation for legal compliance.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment maintenance.
  • Handle vendor coordination (cleaning, security, maintenance).
  • Assist in office maintenance and workplace safety checks.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars.

Working Hours: 8:30AM to 4:30PM

Holiday: Sunday & Public Holidays
