Job Descriptions
- Assist in customers in all queries regarding airfare price, check flight schedule and related information.
- Make a reservation and issue the tickets to passengers in accordance with their requests and resolve issues when problem arise.
- Must be able to provide service within each deadline.
- Must Possess knowledge of ticketing and booking software such as Amadeus, Sabre and Low-cost airlines.
Job Requirements
- Any Degrees.
- Minimum (3) year experience in related field.
- English language skill at intermediate level (including reading, writing and speaking ).
- Computer Skills (Microsoft office excel, word)
- Good in interpersonal skills.
- Having good experience in the Air Ticketing field.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half) & Sunday, Public Holidays.
