Job Descriptions

  • Managing day to day HR initiatives with the company’s business objectives and forecasting staffing needs
  • Developing, analyzing, and updating the monthly salary budget
  • Participating in administrative staff meetings
  • Collaborate with relevant branches and personnel affairs processes
  • Monthly reporting of employment status, salaries, requirements and suggestion
  • To draft and prepare the Organization Structure and to prepare and approve HR Policies and Procedures that are consistent with the organization.
  • Addressing employee concerns, mediating disputes, and promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • To supervise the Health & Safety of employees and to be responsible for Staff Welfare.
  • To ensure that personnel management, selection and appointment are carried out in accordance with the manpower requisitions
  • Managing the entire recruitment process, from job postings and screening to interviewing and onboarding new employees
  • Administering the salary structures and calculations.
  • To review, report and approve employee benefits, positions, and salary increases, and to coordinate with relevant department heads.
  • Managing the related to social security contributions, Income Tax processes
  • To take warning actions against those who need to comply with employee regulations
  • Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures
  • Supervising and monitoring daily employee activities and providing necessary support
  • Provide necessary support in daily operations with relevant department heads
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs (Soft skills training, knowledge sharing section on every Saturday)
  • Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
  • To streamline business transfers for the employee transfers and the resignations process and to conduct Exist Interviews
  • Providing advice on employee benefits, needs, and resolving disputes and grievances
  • Checking to ensure the accuracy of social security contributions and liaising with the Labor Office for personnel matters, if necessary
  • Follows business requirements and management instructions from time to time.

 

Working Hours: 9:30AM ~ 5:30PM

Holiday: Sunday & Public Holiday
