Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. (A Master’s degree or Diploma in HR Management / Business Administration is preferred).
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in the HR field, with at least 2 years of experience in an Assistant HR Manager or HR Manager role.
- In-depth knowledge and thorough understanding of Myanmar Labour Laws and regulatory procedures.
- Strong strategic thinking and excellent conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (HR Software) and familiarity with data-driven HR analytics.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and departments.
Job Descriptions
- Formulate and implement HR strategies and manpower plans aligned with the company’s business growth and objectives.
- Develop, update, and enforce comprehensive HR policies and procedures that ensure equity, fairness, and compliance across the organization.
- Provide strategic HR guidance and data-driven insights to the executive leadership team for key organizational decisions.
- Oversee workforce planning and design effective recruitment strategies to attract and source top talent for various departments.
- Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including interviewing, selection, and job offering.
- Design and execute structured Onboarding & New Hire Orientation programs to foster positive early employee experiences.
- Oversee the administration of competitive salary structures, overtime (OT), incentives/commissions, and travel allowances (TA/DA).
- Ensure accurate monthly payroll processing and maintain up-to-date, secure employee records utilizing HRIS platforms.
- Manage employee leave entitlements and ensure proper handling of Social Security Board (SSB) contributions and claims.
- Establish, monitor, and improve performance management frameworks such as KPIs or OKRs (Performance Appraisal System).
- Identify skill gaps within the workforce and organize relevant Training & Development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
- Manage employee grievances and workplace disputes, acting as a neutral mediator to foster a harmonious work culture.
- Ensure all HR practices and labor relations comply strictly with Myanmar Labour Laws and government regulations.
- Initiate Employee Engagement activities and workplace welfare programs to boost morale and productivity across all staff levels (White-collar and Blue-collar).
- Support the implementation of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) programs to maintain a safe, secure, and healthy working environment.
- Generate and analyze regular HR reports (e.g., turnover rates, recruitment metrics, training ROI) to assist management in strategic planning.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: One Day Per Week
