Job Summary
- HR Manager (HRD) is responsible for planning and continuously improving the organization’s learning and development framework.
- This role oversees training needs analysis, annual learning plans, leadership development, Individual
- Development Plans (IDPs), OD, Talent Management and succession planning to strengthen employee performance and support long-term business success.
Job Requirement
- Any Graduate with Diploma in HR Management.
- At least 5 years of experience in related field.
Implement Recruitment Strategies:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment plans to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Utilize various channels for sourcing candidates, including social media, job boards, and networking.
Development of Performance Management System:
- Design and manage a comprehensive performance management system.
- Facilitate performance reviews and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues.
Employee Engagement and Workplace Culture:
- Initiate and promote employee engagement programs to enhance job satisfaction.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment.
- Recommend strategies to improve workplace culture and retention.
Annual Training Plan:
- Assess training needs and develop an annual training plan for employee development.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Succession Planning:
- Identify key positions and potential successors within the organization.
- Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Support talent development initiatives to prepare employees for future roles.
Individual Development Plans (IDPs):
- Work with employees to create and implement IDPs that align with their career goals and organizational needs.
- Monitor progress and provide ongoing support for employee development efforts.
Working Hours: 8:00 A.M to 5:30 P.M
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate)Sunday and Public Holidays
