Job Description
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for cement products.
- Visit construction sites, contractors, builders, architects, and dealers.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and branding activities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or any Graduated .
- Between (5 years to 6 years) of experience in cement industry marketing/sales.
- Strong knowledge of cement market and construction industry.
- Existing dealer/distributor network preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle field marketing activities.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday alternately, Sunday & Public Holidays
