Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing Diploma/Degree preferred).
• Experience: 2-3 years in Aesthetic, Beauty industry.
• Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Marketing.
• Up-to-date with current beauty trends and consumer behavior.
• Strong Burmese copywriting and intermediate English.
Job Descriptions
• Brief and oversee Video Editors/Designers for Before/After content and testimonials.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team to convert social media leads into bookings.
• Partner with influencers and celebrities for clinic reviews.
• Monitor competitors and report monthly Marketing ROI to management.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote clinic services, enhance brand awareness, and achieve monthly sales targets through digital channels.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half) Sunday & Public Holidays
Benefits: Sales Incentives/Bonus & Transportation Allowance.
