Job Descriptions
- Manage and supervise all mechanical and electrical maintenance activities.
- Ensure production machines and equipment are operating efficiently with minimum downtime.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
- Lead troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of machinery and electrical systems.
- Monitor and control machine breakdowns and maintenance costs.
- Ensure proper maintenance of electrical panels, motors, generators, compressors, pumps, boilers, and other utility systems.
- Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Warehouse, and other departments to minimize production interruptions.
- Manage and supervise M&E technicians, engineers, and contractors.
- Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, budgets, and spare-parts requirements.
- Ensure availability and proper control of critical spare parts.
- Ensure all M&E activities comply with company policies, safety requirements, and applicable standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery, equipment, electrical systems, and facilities
- Identify opportunities for energy saving, machine improvement, and operational efficiency
- Manage external contractors and service providers for maintenance and installation works.
- Support new machine installation, commissioning, modification, and improvement projects.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, spare parts, and equipment history.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO, Food Safety, and other applicable FMCG requirements
- Lead emergency response for major equipment or utility breakdowns.
- Train and develop M&E team members to improve technical skills and performance.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
- Professional engineering certification will be an advantage.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in M&E / Engineering / Maintenance.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory position.
- Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, or Factory environment is highly preferred.
Working Hour: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
