Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering (EP/MP)
- Minimum of (5) years of relevant working experience in MEP Field
- Able to identify project from phase 1 to completion (Handover)
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Auto Cad/Revit/Excel/Technical Knowledge/Site Management
- Good Knowledge in building construction safety
- Willing to undertake duty related travel in field
Job Descriptions
- Coordinating project execution activities which include carrying out the implementation, monitoring deliveries, site installation, inspection and handover schedule in accordance to planned project schedule.
- Ensure all projects works are executes safely and timely.
- Assist in the preparation submission monitoring and control of project related materials work force.
- Any additional work requests and changes orders.
- Coordinate technical issues relating to engineering technical and coordination issues.
- Be aware of cost/schedule opportunities and to liaise with the project manager on possible potential areas of risk or reward.
- Investigate labor and other productivity variances and report to the project manager.
- Monitor materials usage to ensure possible shortages are identified and addressed at the earliest possible opportunity.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environment requirements and company Quality standards.
- Liaise with suppliers /vendors and subcontractors to ensure smooth integration of production/ fabrication process.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned requirements.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
