Job Descriptions:
• Office supplies များစီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း၊ Data Entry များရေးသွင်းခြင်း၊ Document File နှင့် အရေး ကြီးစာရွက်စာတမ်းများ ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
• Fixed Asset များအားစာရင်းထိန်းသိမ်းမှတ်တမ်းတင်ခြင်းနှင့်စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း။
• အခြားဌာနများနှင့်ပူးပေါင်း၍ လုပ်ငန်းများ စဥ်ဆက်မပြတ်ပြီးစီးအောင်ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
• Internal policies နှင့် company procedures များကို လိုက်နာစေခြင်း။
• Meeting များအတွက် စီစဥ်ပေးခြင်း နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်ရာအစီရင်ခံစာများ တင်ပြခြင်း။
• ရုံးနှင့်ပက်သက်သောpurchasing ,storing and distributing office supplies ,maintaining , repairing or replacing office equipment စသည့်ကိစ္စရပ်များကို ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
• အထက်လူကြီးမှ အခါအားလျော်စွာ ပေးအပ်လာသော တာဝန်များကို ကျေပွန်စွာ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင် ပြီး ရုံးတွင်းလိုအပ်ချက်များကို အချိန်နှင့် တစ်ပြေးညီ အစီအရင်ခံနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• လုပ်ငန်းလိုအပ်ချက်အရ နယ်ဝေးခရီးသွားလာနိုင်ရမည်။
Job Requirements:
- အထက် တန်းအောင်မြင်ပြီးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည် ၊၊
- Computer Word/Excel/Email /Power Point ကိုအသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
- သက်ဆိုင်ရာလုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ မရှိလဲ လျှောက်ထား နိုင်ပါသည်။
- လုပ်ဖော်ကိုင်ဖက်အချင်းချင်းလေးစားမှု့ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- သင်ယူလိုစိတ်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- ရိုးသားပြီးအကျင့်စာရိတ္တကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- အကြောင်းအရာများကိုခွဲခြားနိုင်မှု နှင့် ဦးစားပေးစီမံနိုင်မှုရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Working Hour: 7:00AM To 3:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday and Public holidays.
