Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in QS role (with strong M&E background)
• Experience in building projects such as commercial, residential, high-rise, hotel, or residence projects
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, materials, and installation methods
• Good understanding of contract forms (FIDIC or local contract conditions)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QS-related software
Job Descriptions
• Prepare and verify M&E quantity take-offs based on drawings and specifications
• Review tender documents, BOQ, and technical specifications for M&E works
• Prepare cost estimates and pricing for M&E packages
• Manage subcontractor procurement, evaluation, and recommendation
• Prepare and submit progress claims and payment applications
• Assess and certify subcontractor progress payments
• Evaluate and negotiate variation orders (VO) and change orders
• Monitor project budgets and control M&E cost performance
• Handle contract administration and ensure compliance with contract terms
• Attend project meetings and provide commercial advice on M&E matters
• Prepare final accounts and close-out documentation
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and M&E engineer
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternative) Sunday & Public Holidays
