Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms for quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
Oversee the creation, approval, and tracking of purchase orders to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
Implement cost-saving initiatives while ensuring the procurement of high-quality products and services.
Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
Review and manage supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, price changes, and new products.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or payment.
Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
Supervise and support the procurement team, providing guidance and training as needed.
Prepare procurement reports, including cost analysis, supplier performance, and order status for management review.

Skill Requirements

Any graduate.
3-5 years of experience in Procurement, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of products knowledge.
Excellent knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Hours: 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
