Job Requirements
- အထက်တန်းအောင် (သို့) တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုမှဘွဲ့ရရှိရမည်။
- Operations / Customer Service / Transport field of 1-2 experience (Fresh graduates များလည်း လျှောက်ထားနိုင်သည်။)
- Operations coordination a problem-solving skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
- MS Office (Excel, Word) ကျွမ်းကျင်ရမည်။
- Communication skill ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး multitasking လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
Job Descriptions
- Drivers များနှင့် ဆက်သွယ်ပြီး trip status များကို monitor လုပ်ခြင်း။
- Ride bookings နှင့် customer requests များကို handle လုပ်ခြင်း။
- GPS / system vehicle tracking & performance monitoring လုပ်ခြင်း။
- Customer inquiries နှင့် complaints များကို respond လုပ်ပြီး ဖြေရှင်းခြင်း။
- Charging schedule နှင့် vehicle availability ကို coordinate လုပ်ခြင်း။
- Service quality တိုးတက်စေရန် feedback များ စုဆောင်းခြင်း။
Working Hours: 9:00AM ~ 5:00PM
Holiday: Sunday & Public Holiday
