- Operation Management ပိုင်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (3) နှစ်နှင့်အထက်ရှိရမည်။
- Retail / Fashion / Watch Industry အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူဦးစားပေးမည်။
- Leadership Skill နှင့် Team Management Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
- Communication Skill ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး Staff များကိုဦးဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
- Problem Solving Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheet ကျွမ်းကျင်ရမည်။
- Reporting Process များနားလည်ရမည်။
- Responsibility ရှိပြီး Pressure အောက်တွင်လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရမည်။
- SOP / Workflow System များနားလည်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- အသင်းအဖွဲ့နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းလုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- အတွေ့အကြုံပေါ်မူတည်၍လစာညှိနှိုင်းပေးမည်။
Job Description
- Sale Team / Admin Team / Delivery Team များကို ဦးဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
- Daily Operations များကို ကောင်းမွန်စွာစီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်ရမည်။
- Staff Discipline နှင့် Workflow များကို ထိန်းချုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
- Daily / Weekly Report များစစ်ဆေးတင်ပြနိုင်ရမည်။
- Customer Service Quality ကို စစ်ဆေးထိန်းသိမ်းနိုင်ရမည်။
- Stock / Inventory ပိုင်းများကို စနစ်တကျစီမံနိုင်ရမည်။
- Problem Solving Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
- Leadership Skill နှင့် Team Management Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
- Retail / Fashion / Watch Industry အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူဦးစားပေးမည်။
- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheet အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
- Pressure အောက်တွင် တာဝန်ယူလုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရမည်။
- SOP / System / Reporting Process များနားလည်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- အထက်လူကြီးမှ အခါအားလျော်စွာ ပေးအပ်လာသော တာဝန်များကို ကျေပွန်စွာ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင် ပြီး ရုံးတွင်းလိုအပ်ချက်များကို အချိန်နှင့် တစ်ပြေးညီ အစီအရင်ခံနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Working Hours: 9:00AM To 6:00 PM
Holidays: Wednesday & Company Public Holidays
