Job Descriptions
- Café ရဲ့ Daily Operations အားလုံးကို ကြီးကြပ်စီမံခြင်း။
- Staff များ၏ Performance, Attendance & Discipline ကို စောင့်ကြည့်ခြင်း။
- F&B Team များကို lead and manage လုပ်ခြင်း။
- Customer Service Standard များကို ထိန်းသိမ်းပြီး Customer Satisfaction မြှင့်တင်ခြင်း။
- Food & Beverage Quality, Hygiene & Service Standards များကို စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။
- Stock, Inventory & Store Operations များကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Department များနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းစီမံခြင်း။
- Daily Sales & Operational Reports များကို စစ်ဆေးပြီး Management ထံ တင်ပြခြင်း။
- Café ရဲ့ SOPs and company policies များကို Staff များလိုက်နာစေရန် ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း။
- Operational problems များကို အချိန်မီ ဖြေရှင်းပြီး smooth operation ဖြစ်အောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
- Staff Training, Coaching & Performance Improvement များကို စီမံခြင်း။
- Other departments များနှင့် cross-functional coordination ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
Requirements
- Operation Manager / F&B Manager / Restaurant Manager အတွေ့အကြုံ 3–5 years ရှိသူ။
- Café / Restaurant / F&B Industry အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
- Leadership & Team Management Skills ကောင်းမွန်သူ။
- Communication & Problem-Solving Skills ကောင်းမွန်သူ။
- Customer Service ကို အလေးထားသူ။
- Microsoft Office / Basic Reporting အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ။
- Flexible ဖြစ်ပြီး under pressure မှာ အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်သူ။
- English communication အခြေခံမှ အလယ်အလတ်အဆင့်ရှိသူ။
Working Hours: 8 Hours Per Day
Holidays: ပိတ်ရက် / အားလပ်ရက် အချိန်ညှိနိုင်သည်။
