Job Requirements

  • Any B.E (or) Any Bachelor graduated
  • Diploma or Certificate in procurement / Logistics and relevant  fields
  • At least over 10 years of Procurement experience, previous experience working on  tender projects is preferred
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team -Meet tight timelines and KPIs
  • Possesses strong analytical, communication, interpersonal relationship, negotiation, business acumen and contract drafting skills
  • Good Interpersonal skill and must be fluently English 4 skill and
  • Computer MS office skill management’s decision

Job Descriptions

  • Category management activities for overseas purchases and manage Logistics to be in time.
  • Manage and lead procurement activities for materials, equipment, services and supplies from vendors.
  • Lead the competitive sourcing process, negotiation of commercial terms and conditions, preparation Contract.
  • Execute all contractual matters of assigned Tender projects and ensure that they are dealt with effectively and within reasonable timeframe and in accordance with management’s decision.
  • Plan the annual tender (Collection of tender Documents /Analyzing the Documents /Terms and conditions of Tender).
  • Tender clarifications and Sourcing (Search for suppliers /Sending documents to regular suppliers and also searching for new suppliers / Criteria for selection of new suppliers.)
    Purchasing process (To select the right supplier (To Check the Supplier Business Background is reliable) / Price negotiation (If the supplier is reliable) / Final price discussed with management (MD).
    To Check Delivery process (Shipping documents ( Packing List , Commercial Invoice ,MSDS ,COA etc) / Port clearance with Customer / Cargo inspection.)

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM

Holiday             :  Sunday & Public Holidays
