Job Description
- Supervise day-to-day production and processing activities
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Coordinate production schedules and workforce allocation
- Ensure machines and tools remain production-ready and in best conditions through proactive maintenance
- Monitor KPIs such as output, downtime, yield, waste, and efficiency
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team leaders
- Identify process improvements to increase productivity and yield
- Optimize operational costs without compromising product quality
- Prepare production reports and documentation
- Address operational issues and implement corrective actions
Job Requirement
- Any graduates
- 3–5+ years of production/manufacturing supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of production processes, safety standards and HACCP guidelines
- Leadership and team management experience
- Ability to analyze data and make operational decisions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite
Working hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
