Job Requirement
- BE/ B.Tech /AGTI (EP/MP),
- At least 10 years’ experience in related field.
- MEP Drawings, Specifications နှင့် BOQ များကို စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။
- Architectural, Structural နှင့် MEP Design များအကြား Clash များကို ညှိနှိုင်းဖြေရှင်းခြင်း။
- Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, Method Statements များကို Review ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
- Consultant နှင့် Designer များနှင့် Technical Coordination ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
- Contractor, Subcontractor များ၏ လုပ်ငန်းတိုးတက်မှုကို စောင့်ကြည့်ခြင်း။
- Site Progress ကို Construction Schedule နှင့် ကိုက်ညီစေရန် ထိန်းချုပ်ခြင်း။
- Site Problems များကို ဖြေရှင်းပေးခြင်း။
- လုပ်ငန်း အခြေအနေကို PM , GM ထံ Daily Report တင်ပေးရမည်။
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
