Job Requirements
• BE (Civil) သို့မဟုတ် Quantity Surveying ဖြင့် ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရပါမယ်။
• သက်ဆိုင်ရာ အတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၃) နှစ်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရပါမယ်။
• ဆောက်လုပ်ရေး စာချုပ်ဥပဒေများနှင့် စည်းမျဉ်းလုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းများ (ဥပမာ – FIDIC စာချုပ်ပုံစံများ) ကို နားလည်ရပါမယ်။ (Estimation & costing,Contracts & Tendering, Cost Control & Progress Claim ,Variations & Claims)
• Sketch up, AutoCAD, Photoshop အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရပါမယ်။
• Quotation ကို တိကျစွာ တွက်ချက်နိုင်ရပါမယ်။
• ကုန်ကျစရိတ်တွေနဲ့ အရောင်းအဝယ်တွေ အားလုံးရဲ့ အသေးစိတ်မှတ်တမ်းတွေကို ထိန်းသိမ်းထားနိုင်ရပါမယ်။
• စျေးနှုန်းများ၊ ဆိုင်များကို list လုပ်ပေးပြီး update price တွေ အမြဲစာရင်းလုပ်ပေးရပါမယ်။
