Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 1 year experience in related field.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Good communication skills, sales skills and teamwork spirit.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• More preferable of English language proficiency.
Job Description
• Understanding of customers business and relationship building requirement.
• Maintaining and developing relationship with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
• Responding phone enquire and incoming mail
• Making appointment and visiting to potential customers according to the weekly plan assigned by Project Sales Manager.
• Gathering market and customer information.
• Representing the company at trade exhibition and promotion events., ect
• Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
• Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with college.
• Working closely with Assistant Project Sales Manager and Project Sales Manager.
• Stand by as sales on duty at the Projects’ Sales Gallery assigned by HOD
• Revealing confidential information like Buyer Leads, Project Information to other party is strictly prohibited.
• Practice honesty and do not mislead(Wrong Ideas/Wrong Impression) clients
• Qualities of fairness
• Operate with the highest level of integrity/having strong moral principle
• Act honestly and ethically when dealing with all parties to reduce controversy (argument/heated discussion)
• Improve personal and professional standards
• Build an occupational and professional reputation
• Avoid acting in a way that amounts to or may be perceived as amounting to conflict of interest
• Do not Exaggerate a property’s features
• Refusing to be cooperative with all concerned is prohibited
• Revealing confidential information is strictly prohibited
• Do not Take or intent to get an extra commission from your clients
• Do not Discriminate others
• Misinterpreting or omitting important information that affects the value of a property is strictly prohibited
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holiday: Sunday & Public Holidays
