Job Requirements
- B.E (Civil) or B. tech (Civil)
- Min: 2-3 years for estimates, evaluation of payments in construction fields.
- Must have ability to accurately measure quantities from related drawings to prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Deep understanding of current market rates for materials, labor, and equipment to create accurate cost forecasts.
- Must have knowledge of construction contracts (such as FIDIC or local standard forms) and legal frameworks.
- Must have Identifying, calculating, and negotiating changes in project scope (Variation Orders) and contractual claims.
- English (written and spoken)
- Myanmar language required
Job Descriptions
- Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for materials and labor, and compile tender documents for all types of projects, including Building Structural Works, Architectural Works, and Infrastructure Works.
- Review and verify material requisitions against the approved BOQ, project budget, and scope of work.
- Prepare contract drafts, evaluate quotations, negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors, and prepare comparison statements.
- Analyze Variation Order (VO) claims and calculate the corresponding cost impacts.
- Measure actual site work progress and monitor actual material consumption in coordination with site teams.
- Prepare progress claim summaries and payment certificates for contract works and machinery usage, and submit them to the relevant senior personnel for review and approval.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday and Public Holidays
