Job Requirement
- Bachelor of Agricultural Science (B.Agr.Sc) or Diploma in Agriculture.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Divisional Manager role in the respective areas.
- Must be able to hold farmer discussion meetings.
- Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
- Must have good leadership skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Energetic attitude and willing to travel
- Must have a driving license
- Hard Working, Self-Motivated and Organized
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, analytical skills
- We provide a car, expenses, and rent a house in the relevant area.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday(half), Sunday & Public Holidays
