Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Health & Safety Plans in accordance with legal requirements.
- Establish and promote a strong Safety Culture within the organization.
- Conduct Risk Assessments and Accident Prevention Activities.
- Deliver Safety Training, Presentations, and Awareness Programs.
- Monitor compliance with Safety Policies, Procedures, and Regulations.
- Inspect equipment, machinery, and work areas for unsafe conditions.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare Safety Reports, Statistics, and Improvement Plans.
- Recommend preventive measures and continuous safety improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Any Graduate.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Safety Certification and Training Required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Email, and Internet.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and responsible.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
