Job Descriptions
• ကျောင်း၏ နှစ်စဉ် Enrollment Goal နှင့် Business Growth Target များ ပြည့်မီစေရန် Sales & Marketing Strategies များ ရေးဆွဲပြီး အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ခြင်း။
• Reception 1, Reception 2, Year 1–6, Regular Classes နှင့် Summer Classes များအတွက် Student Enrollment Target များ သတ်မှတ်ခြင်း၊ Target ပြည့်မီစေရန် Action Plans များ ချမှတ်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
• Parent Counselling, School Tour နှင့် Admission Process များကို ဦးဆောင်စီမံပြီး ကျောင်း၏ Curriculum, Programs နှင့် Facilities များကို Professional ဆန်စွာ တင်ပြခြင်း။
• Online & Offline Marketing Campaigns များကို စီစဉ်ခြင်း၊ ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်းနှင့် ကျောင်း၏ Enrollment Target များနှင့် ကိုက်ညီအောင် အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ခြင်း။
• Facebook, TikTok, Website နှင့် Digital Platforms များပေါ်တွင် ကျောင်း၏ Brand Awareness နှင့် Parent Engagement တိုးတက်စေရန် Marketing Activities များကို စီမံညှိနှိုင်းခြင်း။
• Marketing အတွက် Content Planning, Promotional Campaigns နှင့် Advertising Activities များကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း။
• Open House, Education Fair, School Events နှင့် Promotional Activities များ စီစဉ်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
• Market Research ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း၊ Competitor Activities များ လေ့လာသုံးသပ်ခြင်းနှင့် ကျောင်းအတွက် Marketing Opportunities အသစ်များ ရှာဖွေခြင်း။
• Monthly Sales & Marketing Reports များ ပြုလုပ်၍ Enrollment Performance နှင့် Campaign Results များကို Management Team သို့ တင်ပြခြင်း။
Job Requirements
• တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုခုမှ ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Sales & Marketing / Business Development / Education Industry တွင် အတွေ့အကြုံ (၃) နှစ်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Enrollment Growth, Customer Relationship Management နှင့် Sales Planning ပိုင်းတွင် ကျွမ်းကျင်သူ။
• Strong Communication, Presentation နှင့် Negotiation Skills ရှိသူ။
• Digital Marketing, Social Media Management နှင့် Marketing Campaign Planning ကို နားလည်သူ။
• Target-oriented ဖြစ်ပြီး Team ကို ဦးဆောင်နိုင်သူ။
• Creative Thinking နှင့် Problem-solving Skills ရှိသူ။
• English Communication Skill ရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday, Public Holidays
