Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related).
- Fresh graduate or 1–5 years of experience in sales or technical support (preferably in elevators or construction).
- Basic knowledge of elevator systems and building services is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical drawings and specifications.
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
Job Descriptions
- Assist in preparing and presenting elevator proposals and quotations to clients.
- Support the sales team in technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Work with engineering and project teams to develop accurate technical and commercial offers.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Collect and analyze customer requirements and project specifications.
- Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, lead times, and technical clarifications.
- Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and competitor insights.
- Participate in site visits and surveys to gather project details.
- Ensure customer follow-up from inquiry to order confirmation.
Working Hours: 8:30AM ~ 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
