Job Description
- Lead and manage sales operations, including prospecting, pipeline development, and closing deals.
- Develop strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Provide training, mentoring, and guidance to junior sales staff (if applicable).
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights for management.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years in a sales-related role, preferably in the
- construction, engineering, elevator, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead or coordinate with a sales team.
- Energetic, self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
- Basic knowledge of elevator systems or willingness to learn quickly.
Working Hours: 9:00AM ~ 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
