- Sales & Marketing Experience (5 Years Above)
- Sales Management Experience (2 Years Above)
- FMCG / Food Ingredients / Food Additives / Industrial Sales Experience ရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills
- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ
- Customer Relationship Management ကျွမ်းကျင်သူ
- ခရီးသွားလာနိုင်သူ
Job Description
- Food Factory, Beverage Factory, Bakery Factory နှင့် Processed Food Factory များအား ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်စေရန် Customer အသစ်များ ရှာဖွေခြင်း
- Sales Strategy နှင့် Business Development Plan များ ရေးဆွဲခြင်း
- Sales Target များ ချမှတ်ပြီး အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ခြင်း
- Key Account Customer များကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း
- Market Survey နှင့် Competitor Analysis ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
- Sales Team များအား လေ့ကျင့်သင်ကြားခြင်းနှင့် ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း
- Weekly, Monthly Sales Report များကို Managing Director သို့ တင်ပြခြင်း
- Product Presentation နှင့် Technical Introduction များ ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays : Sunday & Public Holiday
