Job Descriptions
- Business Development: Source, identify, and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, understanding their needs, presenting tailored solutions, and upsell products/services to maximize account value.
- Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing offline and online marketing campaigns (including trade shows, product launches, and email blasts) to generate high-quality inbound leads.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and pitch presentations to potential B2B or B2C clients, confidently handling objections and closing deals.
- Market Analysis: Competitively track industry trends, competitor pricing, and market demands to provide feedback to leadership for strategic product positioning.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in the CRM system, generating regular performance reports.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in a sales, account management, or business development role (experience combining sales and marketing is highly preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; a natural ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Negotiation: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic digital marketing/analytics tools.
Working Hour: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Holidays: Every Wednesday off
