Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and internet-based tools.
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to multitask across personal priorities.
- Trustworthy and responsible, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Job Descriptions
- Provide administrative assistance and handle tasks assigned by BODs.
- Manage and coordinate the Board of Directors’ (BOD) meeting schedules, including calendar planning, meeting invitations, and reminders.
- Take meeting minutes, record key discussions, and track action items.
- Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel related to BOD meetings, conferences, and official engagements (flights, accommodation, visa submission and transportation).
- Handle administrative coordination related to governance activities as assigned by senior management.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
