Job Requirements

Experience: 

  • Proven track record in sales within FMCG / Alcohol / Beverage industry preferred
  • Demonstrated history of strong sales contribution and account ownership
  • Experience in opening new outlets or territories is an advantage

Skills:   

  • Strong negotiation and selling skills
  • Excellent relationship management
  • Solid understanding of trade terms, pricing, and collections
  • Ability to work independently in new markets
  • Basic reporting and documentation discipline

Job Descriptions

Sales Order Collection

  • Drive daily and monthly sales orders across assigned territories.

Payment & Credit Collection

  • Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit terms, coordinating closely with Finance.

New Outlet Listing & Activation

  • Identify, negotiate, and secure new outlet listings; ensure proper activation post-listing.

Primary Outlet Ownership (General Trade)

  • Own and grow assigned General Trade outlets, driving volume, distribution, and repeat orders.

Regional Expansion Execution

  • Accompany the Business Development Manager on new region visits and actively participate in selling, pitching, and negotiations.

Post-Market Visit Follow-Up

  • Personally follow up on orders, reorders, and listings secured during regional market visits.

Market Intelligence & Feedback

  • Provide regular insights on competitor activity, pricing, promotions, and customer feedback-especially in new regions.

On-Ground Sales Leadership

  • Act as a role model for sales executives by demonstrating strong selling discipline, outlet management, and execution standards.

Basic Sales Coordination & Support

  • Support route planning, outlet prioritization, and execution alignment when required.

 

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
