Job Descriptions
• Manage and oversee the company’s daily accounting operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Monitor company cash flow and ensure sufficient funds for project operations and business activities.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, supplier payments, and client collections.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, project costs, and profitability reports.
• Verify purchase orders, supplier invoices, subcontractor claims, and payment requests.
• Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions and maintain proper accounting documentation.
• Coordinate tax filings and ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
• Reconcile bank accounts, cash balances, and financial records regularly.
• Support management in financial planning, budgeting, and cost control strategies.
• Monitor project expenditures and identify potential cost overruns.
• Assist in external audits and provide required financial documentation.
• Supervise and guide junior accounting staff when necessary.
• Recommend and implement improvements to accounting and financial control procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.•
- Must have completed LCCI Level III certification.
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a senior-level position.
- Experience in construction, interior decoration, engineering, or project-based businesses is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
- Experience in project costing, budget monitoring, and profitability analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday (half) ,Sunday and Public Holidays
Benefit : OT+ Other Allowance
