• Communication Skill နှင့် Computer Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
• Professional ဆန်ပြီး တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိရမည်။
• ဖိအားရှိသော အလုပ်ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်တွင် လျင်မြန်စွာ လိုက်လျောညီထွေစွာ လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရမည်။
• Team ကို ဦးဆောင်စီမံနိုင်ရမည်။
