Job Requirements
• တက္ကသိုလ် ဝင်တန်း အောင်မြင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Sales & Marketing Diploma/Certificate ရရှိထားသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်။
• Sales Representative သို့မဟုတ် FMCG/Distribution/Retail Sales လုပ်ငန်းတွင် (၃) နှစ်မှ (၅) နှစ်နှင့်အထက် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်။
• Senior Sales Representative အဖြစ် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
• Sales Negotiation နှင့် Customer Relationship Management ကျွမ်းကျင်ရမည်။
• Communication နှင့် Presentation Skills ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
• Sales Target များကို ပြည့်မီစေရန် စီမံဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
• Sales Report များကို ပြင်ဆင်နိုင်ရမည်။
• Problem-solving၊ Time Management နှင့် Planning Skills ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
• Teamwork ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး Leadership Skill အခြေခံရှိရမည်။
• ရိုးသားမှု၊ တာဝန်ယူမှုနှင့် စည်းကမ်းလိုက်နာမှုရှိရမည်။
• အရောင်းဖိအား (Sales Pressure) အောက်တွင် လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရမည်။
• သင်ယူလိုစိတ်ရှိပြီး Result-oriented ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• ဆိုင်ကယ်လိုင်စင် (သို့) ယာဉ်မောင်းလိုင်စင်ရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
• နယ်ခရီးသွားလာနိုင်ရမည်။
• FMCG/Distribution သို့မဟုတ် Modern Trade Channel အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Sunday and Public Holidays
